When I first came to this country I was 10. One of my first jobs when I was going to college was as a cab driver. Talk about an education! Not only did I practice and perfect my English, I got a glimpse at humanity from the vignettes I witnessed in the back of my cab. I saw it all, and I loved (almost) every minute of it.
I’ve always been interested in how a society cares for the elderly. As a young man, I even had a stint on Public Television where I interviewed and investigated some of the nursing home options. I’ve always wanted to make a contribution in this area, which caused me to pursue some of these projects professionally.
Some of my favorite charities include: The Arie Crown Day School, The JUF, the United Way, and many others.

Determination. Passion. Perseverance.

These are words I live by. Of course, a little luck and a lot of hard work also help to create one’s good fortune, and I consider myself to be a very blessed man.
I’m proud of being an Israeli, and equally as proud to be an American. I have two countries that I love deeply; two lands that I can call home.
I work hard, and I play hard. Tennis is a passion, and I love to play two hours a day when time permits.
